The Heritage House has stood in Green Point longer than most people can remember. A Victorian-era building that watched this neighbourhood grow from a quiet residential quarter into one of Cape Town’s most loved urban villages — it has been many things over the decades, but it has always been a gathering place.
When The Guest Hotel took over, the decision was simple: preserve what makes it irreplaceable.
The wide sash windows. The pressed ceilings. The deep stoep that catches the afternoon light. The unhurried feeling of a building that knows its own age and wears it well.
Today, the Heritage House is home to eight rooms — six Heritage Standard Rooms and two exclusive Patio Rooms with private outdoor space. It is also where guests find our dining area, our coffee bar, and a shared work space that draws as many locals as it does guests passing through.
